Conseils municipaux

10 décembre 1919

  • Louis Reinert, président de la Commission municipale, installe le conseil qui élit ensuite le nouveau maire pour le « premier conseil municipal français élu au suffrage universel ». Il rappelle les actions de cette commission, marquée par l'entrée des troupes françaises dans Metz avec le maréchal Foch, le maréchal Pétain et le général Mangin. La ville de Metz a reçu à ce moment la Croix de la Légion d'Honneur. Le nouveau conseil applaudit vivement cette période de transition.
  • Paul Winsback est élu à 23 voix sur 33 exprimés (9 pour Flambeau et 1 pour Jung). Jung est élu premier adjoint à 34 des 35 voix (1 pour Flambeau). Maret est élu deuxième adjoint à 34 des 34 voix. Vautrin est élu à 32 des 34 voix (1 pour Flambeau, 1 pour Goulon). Enfin, Flambeau est élu à 21 des 31 voix (10 pour Goulon).
  • Élection de 24 sénateurs (Maret, Tabary, Amos, Jung, Vautrin, Charpantier-Moitrier, Winsback, Charpentier-Deny, Le Lorrain, Payen, Conrard, Jouin, Legris Maurice, Willemin, Goulon, Wetzel, Legris Clément, Guenser, Flambeau, David, Hocquard, Colin, Schneider, Lambert, Riss, Schmitt, Tillement, Liaudois et Roussel) et 5 suppléants : Riss, Schmitt, Hugot, Liaudois et Roussel.

15 décembre 1919

  • Maire : Paul Winsback
  • La mairie doit payer une indemnité de plus de 5000 marks à l'Usine à gaz de Devant-les-Ponts suite à une concession interrompue entre mai 1916 et novembre 1918. Le conseil renvoie à plus tard la délibération.
  • Le conseil valide la démolition de la tour d'exercice des sapeurs pompiers, place de la Mairie au Sablon, inutile depuis l'annexion du village.
  • A compter du prochain, les conseils seront désormais tenus à 16h ou 17h et ouverts au public.

19 décembre 1919

  • Maire : Paul Winsback
  • Nominations des membres des commissions municipales.
  • Le maire fixe les prochaines séances aux vendredis.
